Born and raised in Taiwan, I came to Japan for adventure. I started my career journey working at a traditional Japanese company, then finally established my own business. My passion for helping people is what drew me to the recruitment industry, in which I worked extremely hard and became a pioneer in the IT recruitment service industry. I am deeply committed to helping professionals reach their true potential and assist companies to find best-matched talent. Now, I focus primarily on three industries: tech, consulting and financial services. Additionally, I founded Women in Technology Japan (WITJ) with the objective of building a community of professional women of all nationalities, to connect, inspire and empower each other. WITJ's three pillars are to bridge the gender gap in the tech industry, to promote diversity, equality and inclusion, and to increase the percentage of women in leadership roles.
