- Provide client service and oversee daily HR operations- Own, manage and drive full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding- Confidentially guide and advise managers and team members on sensitive employment related issues, misconduct, termination etc.- Establish and re-examine HR policies and procedures- Coordinate with the Corporate team on Workday system configuration and security roles assignment; develop job aids for users- Review and revamp HR operations flow across APAC region to drive optimization and standardization to achieve greater efficiency- Lead local and regional C&B projects, e.g. annual review exercise, manpower cost budget and maintenance, market salary survey, share plan etc.- Contribute to global or regional initiatives, e.g. employee engagement survey, system enhancement and reconfiguration, performance management process, employee recognition programs etc.

- Perform Human Resources services for HK, Macau and PRC offices, ensure all processing services covering Payroll, Reward, People Administration, Benefits Programs, are effectively and accurately delivered - Handle full spectrum of staff exit procedures- Assist in the recruitment process, e.g. posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews, employment visa applications- Liaises with HRIS vendors to manage operation quality and resolve system issues , HR System implementation and maintenance, leave management- Analyse training need and coordinate training programs- Assist in HR cost budget, annual salary review exercises, bonus payout- Manage staff engagement activities
