In this role, I led the transformation of Fáilte Ireland’s B2B email marketing framework, transitioning from ClickDimensions to Dynamics 365 to enable dynamic segmentation, automated workflows, and a robust quality assurance process. These innovations significantly improved the efficiency and impact of our communications.I developed tailored email campaigns for diverse audience segments, collaborated with IT and internal stakeholders to centralise email request processes, and implemented performance dashboards to track key metrics, driving data-informed decisions and enhancing ROI.Beyond email marketing, I created communication strategies for corporate projects and managed assets for consumer campaigns, including Just Transition Fund Programme, Winter in Dublin, Inclusive Tourism Careers, and CAO Tourism Careers. I lead out on the design and visual identity of corporate brands and attractions like Ireland’s Greenways and the creative development of Keep Discovering regional toolkits.Through cross-functional collaboration, I delivered integrated marketing plans, managed and mentored junior team members, and provided strategic insights to optimise media planning and campaign execution, ensuring measurable success for flagship initiatives like Meitheal, Industry Day, Digital Delivers, and Employer Excellence.

My role within the Culture and Internal Communications team was to manage Internal Brand programmes to increase the understanding of our Brand’s values and embed positive behaviours essential to achieving the Organisation’s strategy. Acted as a link between the Head of Culture and Internal Communications and the 10,000 colleagues by using Internal Brand knowledge, communication, project management and event management skills to drive change and employee engagement within the organisation.

I managed the build, launch, promotion and running of the Organisation’s first Local Enterprise Community Programme. This entailed the building of a community of SMEs, Business Banking colleagues and mentors through the offering of free co-working space in Galway City, the development of a business mentorship and tailored events programme. I developed relationships and collaborated with all the Galway City and County branch and business banking managers and employees to leverage sales activity and maximise return on investment. I conducted, evaluated and measured the year 1 programme data to develop a strategic communications and events programme suitable for rollout at 12 other branch locations nationwide.

My key responsibilities were the management and delivery of all aspects of the marketing mix related to the recruitment, retention and cross sale of Business and Premier Customers and responsible for the Corporate Social Responsibility charity partner Make-A-Wish. I implemented the “Sponsor for a Day” rugby competition receiving the most customer entries since inception of the campaign helping shortlisted businesses gain valuable exposure for their brand both locally and nationally via BOI marketing channels. I supported client retention and enterprise by collaborating with Local Enterprise Offices and internal stakeholders Business Banking and PR to market National Enterprise Week on and run over 250 business events nationwide. I was the key liaison for the Organisation’s Charity Partner Make-A-Wish, executing of over 150 employee fundraising events creating a real social impact through employee volunteering, donations, events and sponsorship asset sharing.
