Dedicated Professional Development specialist with extensive experience managing attorney CLE, comprehensive training programs, and creative development initiatives within the legal industry.As a PD Coordinator with Winston & Strawn LLP, I manage the accreditation and reporting of continuing legal education (CLE) courses for licensed attorneys and clients in U.S. jurisdictions. I also assist the PD team in planning and performing over 200 employee training events annually. In 2022, I oversaw the development and implementation of a new firmwide software platform that houses an on-demand video library of over 500 internal programs and tracks all attorney CLE data. Currently I am overseeing the implementation of a client-forward CLE video site with all Winston content and the potential to monetize subscriptions.I am passionate about employee wellness and manage the firm's Mental Health First Aid training program in collaboration with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. I am also a founding member of the Diverse Ability Network, an affinity group tailored to lawyers and professional staff who self-identify as having a physical or cognitive disability.In addition to my role at Winston & Strawn LLP, I am a classically trained actor and director. I received my B.A. in theater from the University of Chicago and certification in Shakespeare and His Contemporaries from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. I am also a playwright, theater education artist, and Actors' Equity Membership Candidate.
