Communicate projects, goals, and plans with external customers in order to achieve sales targets. Maintain a deep knowledge of trade specific materials and processes in order to make recommendations to customers and sales team on various projects and requests, with constant learning to remain current.Research and Advise sales team of industry best practices through estimating process for large scale, serving nationwide and regional businesses.Initiate and supervise projects in company ERP managing production timelines, materials, production processes, and shipping workflows.Prepare proposals and bid documents to determine the scope of work and contents of estimate in a timely and accurate manner.

I maintain most operations within the Apple Store, including purchasing supplies, maintaining store technology and software, plan and coordinate all store and departmental meetings, and coordinate all outside vendor services.

Responsible for the procurement of all products, inventory control, and delivery of product to customers. Organized stock while keeping in contact with peers and management to plan arrival of new products. Conducts daily inventory counts to maintain accuracy. Interaction and problem solving within all departments of the Apple Store including management, sales, tech support, and all administrative and operations positions of running both Technical Support departments and Preservation departments.
