I also lead corporate partnership development and professional services partnerships to enhance and expand Athena's ability to support executive women. Through cross-functional collaboration at all levels of the business and deep analysis of customer segmentation and business models, I align product and service development with customer needs to drive renewals, expansion and growth in both B2C and B2B business segments.

I work with individual Athena members throughout their membership to ensure that they are given the highest level of personalized concierge service. I act as their 'personal chief of staff' in their unique Athena program through constant on-hand communication, proactively anticipating needs and desires, and creatively leveraging tools to increase their success.

The Athena Rising Foundation was created to see underrepresented groups of women take their places at every level of senior leadership so that the top ranks of business appropriately reflect the demographics of the society it serves, from the C-suite to the boardroom. I founded and developed a unique macrame jewelry brand with a presence online, at craft fairs and markets, and in select boutiques and hotels throughout North and Central America. Rancho Santana is a beautiful, high-end, boutique resort and residence on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua. • Managed and supervised, from first contact to final roll-out, over seven high-end destination weddings and high-level professional international retreats/meetings, involving all logistics, detailed budgeting, scheduling, daily operations and follow-up • Communicated with numerous clients on a constant basis, simultaneously developing further client relations, contracting new clients and completing all immediate tasks for on-the ground clients• Proactively developed multiple workplace proposals and guidelines for increasing the Event Department’s capacity and sales goals, continually researching and creating innovative sales strategies and interdepartmental collaboration for greater success
