Annie Davis, based in Huntsville, Alabama, directs the programmatic functions of the Chamber’s workforce programs focused on attracting, retaining, and training talent in the Huntsville MSA. As the Director of Talent Initiatives, she works closely with community partners to help ensure the Huntsville region has the quantity and quality of talent to meet employer needs and support sustained growth.Annie has experience uncovering the needs of internal and external clients and providing aligned strategic solutions, customized for each unique situation. She has executed professional responsibilities in areas of B2B sales, marketing, data analytics, commercial real estate property management, legal administration, digital marketing, and mortgage origination.Annie has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business at Auburn University. She completed a year of graphic design courses in the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction from Auburn and enjoys using her design skills to create engaging content that resonates with targeted audiences.Annie moved back to her hometown of Huntsville, Alabama after living in Atlanta, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina. She now leads the Young Professionals subchapter of AUSA (Association of the U.S. Army) Redstone-Huntsville and is the proud granddaughter of two WWII combat veterans. Some of her other favorite things to do include letting her dog, Oakley, take her for long walks, bringing down the median age at "old school music" concerts, and keeping up with Braves baseball and all things Auburn - War Eagle! She welcomes change, craves learning and new opportunities, and is excited to continue growing and developing the Rocket City!
