LAX Midfield Satellite Concourse (MSC) North ProjectApril 2019 - March 2020: Oversaw the interior construction of the Basement level in the LAX MSC $1.4 billion ground-up Concourse building. This included scheduling work with various subcontractors and overseeing the subcontractors' work to completion, participating in weekly pull plan sessions, mitigating constraints, and implementing job site safety on a daily basis. March 2020 - March 2021: Developed the punch process for the LAX MSC project, while organizing and leading punch walks for all of the MSC Interiors, oversee the completion of punch items for 9 trade partners, and maintain the schedule for Early Turnover Rooms. This included the creation of a punch tracking mechanism that was referenced and distributed project-wide to track the completion of the punch process. Pre-planning requirements included coordination with the internal JV team, Architects, LAWA inspectors, and Owner representatives.
