With nearly 8 years of experience in the entry level recruitment space, I am passionate about connecting students & those early in their career with the right opportunities. Why do I continue working in the Emerging Talent space? I love developing genuine relationships with my interns as well as internal & external stakeholders. Additionally, I enjoy mentoring and providing tactical and empathetic advice to folks just starting out, whether that’s candidates or junior recruiters. I have recruited for a variety of roles including sales, accounting, marketing, communications, product management, product design and engineering. Through such role diversity, I've mastered picking up new subject matters quickly. In addition to focusing on full cycle recruitment, I flexed my program management skills as the PM for the Year Up program at LinkedIn from 2023-2024. This ultimately led me to my current role as the Senior Program Manager for the University Internship Program at LinkedIn. Now, I work on a team with two other Program Managers to deliver an outstanding internship experience to over 200 summer interns. Prior to my time at LinkedIn, I was a campus recruiting manager at PwC. In this role, I wore multiple hats including event planner, recruiting coordinator, university relations partner and summer intern program manager. I partnered with, and mentored, a recruiting associate. In the role, I planned and executed countless impactful on campus events, information sessions and leadership programs. In the near future, I aspire to become a people leader, and manage a team of recruiters. Ultimately, my ambition is to evolve into a role within TA leadership.
