Managed several programs that aim to assist and support elders and adults with disabilities. Programs include: an Information and Referral phone line; Elder Care Advice, which provides short-term assistance to older adults, adults with disabilties and caregivers; and Memory Disorder Service which provides consultation to caregivers who are caring for memory impaired individuals. Conducted memory disorder consultations for caregivers supporting individuals with memory impairments.
