In addition, I worked with the Six Sigma Oversight Committee (SSOC) on a Process Improvement Project (PIP) that saved over 500 man-hours. For this project, I received a project of creating a pipe support field guide and sought out the proper resources by effectively communicating with my collegues to finish this goal. I had the opportunity to present this project to the whole SSOC in Bechtel's Houston,TX main office.
