• Responsible for liaising with event stakeholders in advance of tournament week to review and assist in handling inquiries and making recommendations in accordance with LPGA policies and procedures for conducting a Tour.
• Monitors and approves all golf course preparation, construction and conditioning for tournament play,
• Consults with event organizer during advance and tournament week and assists in coordinating tournament volunteers and personnel,
• Provides feedback during and after each event to the various tournament managers that will include player responses and detailed analysis of golf course conditions,
• Serves as additional LPGA liaison to players and caddies,
• Prepares and evaluates tournament week results and recommends appropriate improvements after each event.

• Planned, coordinated and executed 22 national junior golf tournament and managed outside operations at 24 additional tournaments
• Collaborated with tournament sponsors such as Under Armour®, McArthur Towel & Sports, Nike, Bass Pro Shops and Lockton Companies to create and place brand collateral
• Managed tournament budgets totaling over $570,000 which had local economic impacts of over $3,000,000
• Achieved highest level of rules certification on the PGA-USGA Rules of Golf exam (2010 – 99%, 2011 – 100%, 2012 – 100%); one of only four employees in AJGA’s 34-year history to achieve a perfect score (only female)
• Maintained communication with sponsors, tournament committees and host facility staff
