Provide marketing leadership and strategy within assigned territory through collaboration with brand team, key stakeholders and media buyers. Align to national marketing program objectives, collaborate test market participation, new store openings and remodel marketing plans. Ongoing management of system-wide direct mail programs for brand. Special projects as assigned.

Provide strategic marketing planning for corporately-owned stores and new concepts through projection of sales and budgets, major and local store media planning, partnership marketing efforts and leading plan execution efforts. Travel to corporate markets. Presentations to corporate and franchise meetings.

Manage corporate store marketing through marketing plan development and execution. Plan and manage marketing around opening new corporate concept locations. Continue to provide marketing strategy and leadership to limited territory of franchise store owners.

Responsible for providing marketing leadership and sales driving strategy to franchisees. Management of Franchise Marketing team and budget. Creation of marketing resources. Participation in Regional Franchise Meetings, Coops, and Owners Meetings to present marketing information.

Work with and visit franchise-owners in an assigned territory to provide strategic marketing solutions and opportunities for them to drive sales. Creation and presentation of content for franchise meetings, presentations and roundtables.

Dual reporting to Director of Marketing and VP of Franchise Operations. Main point of contact in office for franchisees. Coordination of marketing department production calendar. Coordination of graphics request process and assignment of jobs. Attendance at TV Shoots and Audio Sessions-creation of production books. Collaboration with Marketing Director on creation, content and population of new franchise intranet site. Travel once quarterly with a Regional Franchise Manager (RFM). Present marketing resources to new franchisees while in Omaha for training.

Department billing, coordination and submission of graphic requests, POP order coordination for franchise and corporately-owned stores, helped write marketing newsletter. Create and coordinate content for franchise secure website. Handled new franchisee training schedules and accomodations. Procurement and introduction of new marketing inventoried items. Tracking and billing of inventoried items.

Provided administrative support to the VP of Marketing and to the rest of the marketing department. Additionally, coordinated POP orders for franchise system and corporately-owned stores. Helped with coordination and distribution of bimonthly franchise marketing newsletter.

Provided administrative assistance to Salon by performing front desk duties, also processed payroll and managed cash and inventory. I worked at the location that was formerly in the Old Market area of Omaha. I had intended this to be a temporary job while I took some time to look for the right marketing job after moving back to Omaha. I really loved the atmosphere, the people I worked with, and obviously the discount on salon products and services! I don't think I even started looking for a different job until I had been there almost a whole year!

I worked here for a few months between the end of the Legislative session and our impending move from Des Moines to the Omaha area. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be trained in the MAGIC customer service program which has served me well every day since. I was part of the annuity service team which will continue to serve me well in my personal financial life.
