Director Of Organizational Wellbeing And Employee Experience
Current- Established and leads the MDH office of organizational wellbeing and employee experience to support 2,000+ employees- Collaborates with the executive office to support the goals and objectives outlined in the agency strategic plan- Works closely with the Directors of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and Human Resources to align and implement respective strategies- Developed and implements a data-driven 3-year strategy with the goal to promote a workplace that prioritizes organizational wellbeing and employee experience through four strategic priorities, to:> Cultivate a trauma-responsive workforce: Develop and deliver trauma-responsive trainings, tools, and activities that shape how we show up for each other at work, address how we tend to our individual and collective wellbeing, and provide a framework for how we live our organizational values in practice to cultivate a safer and healthier workplace.> Address “Unmanageable” Workloads: Identify key partners and stakeholders from all levels of the agency to create a desirable, feasible, and sustainable plan for transforming workloads to become manageable so MDH can competitively attract and retain talent and to authentically engage employees with wellbeing efforts.> Build Social Cohesion and Connection: Introduce and drives initiatives that develop and deepen social cohesion and connection for individuals and teams across the agency to improve overall satisfaction at work. > Promote Engagement with Resources: Collaborate with enterprise- and MDH-colleagues to identify innovative ways to engage the workforce with new and existing resources to improve the overall employee experience.
