I work at the intersection of the personal story and the challenging issues of our time, creating experiences and vehicles that allow people to discover and tell us stories of "what is" in their lives as launching pads for "what can be". Engaged by companies, communities, philanthropies, think tanks, and other organizations that want to discover and understand what matters most to people, I help them see those things and work to bring them to life.With a depth of experience in the worlds of longevity, clinician and patient well-being, public health, and the world of work, I continue to spread my wings to allow a host of different sectors to discover what matters most to people and speak boldly to those needs.I also have extensive experience and a passion for equipping communities to discover the story they want to tell about their lives.   From young people with life-threatening illnesses at Montefiore Children's Hospital in the Bronx, NY to physicians/clinicians engaged with the National Academy of Medicine, to residents expressing the hopes for their NYC East Harlem community - helping people become the documentarians of their own lives is both a joy and a privilege. As a lifelong baseball fan, I also founded "Baseball As Good Medicine©" - a live, "competitive" storytelling event about the amazing, magical, healing properties of the sport!  This is done to tip our collective hats to the power of sports and also as a fundraiser and awareness raiser for my work with young people with critical illnesses/other challenges.   We say that we tell these stories to allow the young people to tell their stories.  www.baseballasgoodmedicine.org
