I’m a service designer who works with teams and communities to enrich the way people live, learn, and connect in physical and digital spaces. My interdisciplinary, systems-oriented design practice is influenced by over a decade of experience in both strategic and operational roles—as a program manager and instructional designer—spanning non-profits, edtech, and e-commerce. Undeniably, It’s also influenced by my lived experience as a child of refugees, first-generation college graduate, and neurodivergent woman. My approach to collaboration starts with cultivating a sense of belonging and collective purpose. I use participatory design, mixed methods research, and strategic storytelling to envision and co-create solutions that are relevant, reliable, and resonant for the people I'm designing with, and for.I’m drawn to organizations that prioritize systems thinking, socioecological wellbeing and resilience, and relationship-building while working towards more equitable and sustainable outcomes, both within and outside the workplace. What energizes me most are conversations and projects that strengthen relationships and drive meaningful change within, and across, communities. I’m particularly passionate about reducing barriers to education and employment, redesigning our food systems, accelerating policy change for the care economy, improving maternal health and wellbeing, and increasing civic engagement through art, play, and placemaking. If you see potential for us to collaborate or want to connect 1:1, I encourage you to reach out and share how you came to find me.
