Project manager overseeing environmental permitting and design projects covering water, wastewater, storm water, stream restoration, and resiliency enabling in excess of $2.5B of capital investment (construction) across the United States. Expertise in Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, Section 106 NHPA, NFIP, NEPA, SEQRA/CEQR, CEQA, state/local permitting, and interagency coordination. Funding support services and strategic funding analyses including State Revolving Loan Funds (ARPA/BIL funds), HUD Community Development Block Grants, WIFIA, and state programs, such as Virginia Water Quality Improvement Fund.

As part of the University of Pennsylvania's premier research body on urban issues, I applied organizational, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills to assist team’s execution of key energy efficiency and global outreach initiatives. My responsibilities included writing and developing content for the Energy Efficient Buildings Hub’s Research Digest, a site dedicated to unpacking issue of building industry transformation in energy retrofit market. I also conducted outreach and publicity for an international conference on urban food security and accompanying photo exhibition; drafted conference communications strategy; assisted in panelist selection; and collected and synthesized relevant research.

Researched, drafted, and edited final reports on U.S. critical infrastructure and key resources (CIKR) in consultation with supervisor to submit to U.S. Department of Homeland Security Homeland Infrastructure Threat and Risk Analysis Center (HITRAC)Identified and assessed long-term developments, trends, risks, and vulnerabilities of major U.S. CIKR, including: telecommunications, renewable and non-renewable energy sources and production, water infrastructure and supply, health care provision and management, agricultural policy and food supply, metallurgy and rare earth metals mining, primary and higher education, and population growth and immigration policy
