Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Maintaining historical records, insurance audit reports and employee matters such as but not limited to: schedules, HR compliance, and company policy enforcement. Prospecting new clientele and current relationships with existing customers.

Primary responsibilities involve managing bi-weekly payroll for two companies and over 200 employees. Along with the responsibilities of payroll, I have also created, reviewed, and distributed various reports to support financial projections, audits, and Human Resource reviews and compliance matters. Maintain accounts payable including liquor and food invoices. As the Operations Manager, involvement in the interview process and hiring of new employees is paramount.
