On behalf of Back, I spoke at the Enable Diversity event hosted by Microsoft for Startups.3rd project - I joined Talentspace as their first recruiter to build up the entire talent function from scratch. I created everything people-related, ranging from implementing an ATS, creating scorecards, training interviewers, improving onboarding, and led the company's first remote team events. I made 14 full-time hires and 2 working student hires in 6 months.4th project - I joined Blinkist in their talent acquisition team to mentor junior colleagues and fill 14 positions in marketing, software engineering, data science, finance, and talent acquisition.
