I have a passion for training and development. My specialty has been to work inside of many clients to help them to on-board new sales talent. A successful on-boarding process ensures companies run more efficiently, increase productivity and on average have a longer retention rate with their employees. The ultimate goal with assistance in on-boarding is to have new sales talent selling earlier and helping the company to increase revenue. I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, with a degree in Communication Studies. Upon graduation I packed her bags and moved out to the East Coast to work for Cold Stone Creamery. As a district manager, I over saw the operations of over 40 stores, 30 franchisees and trained over 200 crew members within the Mid-Atlantic area.
