I am responsible for defining, creating, and executing our due diligence and integration strategy. I use my excellent collaboration and communication skills to unite our departmental leaders towards on each deal we do. I tailor our approach to each transaction in order to realize synergies and minimize our risk. This includes retaining top talent, incorporating best practices from both sides of the deal, consolidating resources, and keeping profitable operations running smoothly across the board. I also assist our Training and Development team in facilitating Leadership Development and Emotional Intelligence courses, both of which I am passionate about as they are essential to our success.
