Senior Recruiter
Current- Manage the people operations and human resource function for the full-time and contract employees
- Manage a portfolio of open positions while ensuring an active, diverse and robust pipeline of candidates across positions
- Identify and source quality candidates via multiple recruiting channels and techniques, including inbounds, proactive outreach, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads across our organization to deeply understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Own the full-cycle candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage interview flow across our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
