Senior Recruiter
Current• Manage the people operations and human resource function for the full-time and contract employees• Manage a portfolio of open positions while ensuring an active, diverse and robust pipeline of candidates across positions• Identify and source quality candidates via multiple recruiting channels and techniques, including inbounds, proactive outreach, and referrals• Partner with hiring managers and department heads across our organization to deeply understand their hiring needs and requirements• Own the full-cycle candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding• Manage interview flow across our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)• Design, oversee and manager the annual performance review process• Manage performance improvement plans and staff terminations as needed• Support the planning and coordination of team-wide events such as annual holiday party and office visits
