I am a strategic instructional leader and coach with a passion for bringing out the best in people. I live to get to the root of a challenge and leverage folks' strengths to take it on. I love to work with teachers and students to successfully navigate the challenges of public schools - and to build skills and resilience along the way. I have 15 years of teaching and leadership experience in California public schools and a deep belief that we can collaborate to make our schools worthy of all our students. I have lots of experience designing agendas and facilitating school-wide professional development, small group professional learning communities, and one-on-one coaching. I am a literacy specialist and reading interventionist with ten years of experience as an elementary classroom teacher.
