In 2011, I saw the need for and co-founded a women’s club to realize my vision of increasing women’s presence in leadership positions in Silicon Valley and beyond – a club that provides leadership training to women, facilitates practice of leadership skills and has built a strong network of women leaders across Silicon Valley. Launched in 2017, the Unraveling Pink podcast invites men and women into conversation to tackle gender-based assumptions (or “pink bandana moments”) head-on.
