New Student Programs focuses mainly on First Year Interest Group Seminars taught by upper-class students to aid first-years in their college transition while exploring an academic interest area. Assisted in the development and implementation of programs for first-year students and provided academic programming support for large-scale programs and projects. Managed departmental oversight while creating and managing the FIGS Peer Instructor Alumni list serve and alumni event. Conducted assessment and evaluation initiatives of department through creation of surveys, focus group coordination and other projects requiring compiling of data from assessment tools while participating in university wide committees.

The Advance Group is a nationally recognized strategic research and consulting firm.Assisted in the management of several political campaigns, focusing on New York Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries' congressional campaign. Created and managed constituent concerns and solutions. Conducted background research on contributors for analysis and trend reports. Wrote correspondence and outreach mailings for contributions and events. Created reports and data tables, charts and graphs, and conducted analysis of the data. Drafted press releases and constituent correspondence.

Capitol Riverfront Business Improvement District, a non-profit in SE D.C., is dedicated to enhancing the growing neighborhood and business center through economic development, marketing strategies, and community building.Built Conservancy Research Portfolio for reference to preserve the Anacostia Riverfront to be utilized for future projects. Researched and made initial relations with various urban parks and conservancies nationwide through conferences and interviews. Surveyed BID’s neighborhoods and retail areas for transportation and operational research. Attended DDOT meetings concerning 2011 Rail-Volution Conference in Washington DC.
