For the recovery and rehabilitation of severely bullied children, we provide an 'intensive care' full-time education for children aged between 9 and 18 who are unable to go to school because they have been severely bullied or have suffered trauma. Once the students have regained their confidence and are able to cope academically and socially, we support them in their return to mainstream school, their entry to further education or to employment.

I worked for the Sales Director of THMG, organising Monthly Clinic Manager Meetings offisite, collating materials and setting the agenda. I played in key role in managing other company-wide events, with 13 clinics located all over the UK. I was the Internal Communicator for THMG, publishing the quarterly newsletter, including conducting all interviews, writing and editing content and distribution. In addition, my final role at THMG was to introduce a reward and loyalty scheme to local salons and hairdressers around the UK.

Madrid, Spain

I helped Glamgirl in its first year of establishment in Madrid, meeting with new distributors around the country and managing sales throughout Spain. I worked various tradeshows, including Cosmo Belleza in Barcelona and Salon International in London. I helped train new staff or promotional employees and conduct demonstrations for potential customers. I assisted the Founder of Glamgirl - based in England - in sales and promotion of our products. Our product line included a range of hair straighteners, hair dryers, professional scissors, toolbags and other hairdressing accessories. I was the Spanish-speaking representative of the team.
