The power of people helping people is huge. I help companies figure out what that means for their business. People helping customers, people helping team members and people helping their community… discovering the impact people have on all aspects of their lives. As many people work remotely today, there are blurred lines in how we work, where we work and what we need to be efficient and effective at work. I spend a lot of time listening, understanding, and proposing creative solutions to help bring people together, engage with their leaders and share ideas/best practice across an organization.I celebrate ALL people and tell their stories. Building an inclusive culture is everything. We need to work harder to create diverse teams - diverse in thought, diverse in work and personal experience, diverse in education, diverse in background, etc.. Across any industry and organization, I believe that everyone should feel valued, find meaning in their work, understand their contribution to overall business success, and see the impact they have at work and in their communities. By working closely with leadership and team members alike, I’m able to address how people prefer to communicate as well as how they’d like to be communicated to; each as important as the other. My goals are to connect people, allow space and time to build meaningful relationships, and recognize the great work that happens every day.I’ve worked across multiple industries and geographies. I’ve seen how we are different in many way and also how some things don’t change no matter where you are or what you do. Human needs do not change and my goal in every role is to be human and lead as a human - grounded and understanding. We all want to be seen and to be heard. That’s where I come in and that’s where I add the most value.
