Responsibilities:- Product Management: Lead a cross-functional team of 4 to complete product development, including planning requirements, prioritizing tasks, establishing timelines, and overseeing development progress and launch processes.- UI/UX Design: Independently handle UI/UX design for 3 projects, encompassing Persona creation, Function Map development, Logic Flow design, Prototyping, and proficiency in tools like XD and Figma.- UX Research: Conduct in-depth user research using methods such as Surveys, Interviews, A/B Testing, Competitive Product Analysis to gain insights into user needs.- Establish Design System: Develop and enhance Design Guidelines aligned with the product tone, using Material Design and Material UI kits as a foundation.Key Achievements:NTU COOL Subtitle Generator:- Integrated AI speech recognition models with the university's online teaching platform through a Chrome browser extension, enabling the translation of classroom speech into subtitle files played directly on the teaching platform.- Launched the product, attracting over 1200 users within 2 months, with more than 6500 instances of subtitle usage and consistent user satisfaction ratings of 10/10.Annual Survey and Feature Enhancement:- Analyzed 3188 user experience survey responses using qualitative and quantitative methods, identifying 110 user needs and pain points.- Addressed the top 9 significant needs or pain points, successfully resolving issues reported by 533 users.
