Manage and develop Inductive Automation's Partner Programs to increase opportunities for the Ignition community.

Oversee growth of Inductive Automation's international distribution channels, sales policies, initiatives and quotas. Strategically managing success via oversight of the Channel Account Management team, I creatively drive Inductive Automation's marketing efforts to address partner needs, in the marketplace. Managing the budget, monthly reconciliation, and future revenue projections for international distribution.Inductive Automation is committed to supporting the International Ignition Community. In this role, I created the international program to expand the network of authorized distributors and empower Ignition integrators with local sales, support, training, and brand identity services in their region. I work to identify and on-board Inductive Automation distributors outside of North America.

Created new partnerships and business opportunities within the public sector industry, education and community organizations. My work included lead generation and Request for Proposal submissions within the public sector industry.

Coordinator and instructor for the Project Lead The Way Biomedical Sciences Pathway, for grades 9-12. In this role, I originated partnerships with local hospitals and other healthcare industry, resulting in student internship opportunities. I built partnerships and articulation agreements with post-secondary education institutions.
