Evergreen Counseling is a boutique, trauma-informed therapy center located in the heart of downtown Berkeley in the historic Wells Fargo building. Proudly serving clients all over California, our highly seasoned therapists are all trauma- informed and certified in multiple, evidence-based trauma treatment techniques. We provide specialized in-person and telehealth therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. 7 days a week from 7am - 8pm.

Since 2012, I've been a practicing therapist in California. Since 2015, I've been writing high quality mental health essays every two weeks on a variety of topics related to healing childhood trauma. Since, 2019, I I've been running an extension of my clinical work - Evergreen Counseling, a boutique, trauma-informed therapy center. Since 2020, I've been running a psychoeducational course called Hard Families, Good Boundaries that hundreds of students from dozens of countries have enrolled in. I was fortunate enough to have had the rare experience of living and working at Esalen Institute for nearly four years in my mid-twenties. It was here that I began my childhood trauma recovery journey, discovered the work path that would bring my life meaning, and experienced the teachings and experiences that were a kind of "grad school before grad school."
