Currently, a sophomore at Central Michigan pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing with a focus in sales. I have always had an interest in marketing and still hold that passion. Designs have always caught my eye, just like the next person. However, what attracted me to this field was not the eye-drawing designs but the puzzle they presented. A simple design change can cost a company millions or make a company millions. The power of each design creates a problem for someone to solve, and I love solving problems. Right now I have worked at a variety of retail places excelling at every position I have been placed in. I currently work at Home Depot as a Head cashier. While working at Home Depot I have been awarded four Homer awards. I have also been awarded cashier of the month as well as cashier of the week. I was recognized here for my dedication, dependability, and hard work. My metrics with the company, scan percentage, customer service, and credit are all well above average and have been recognized as well. I believe my drive, dedication, and results are something that can benefit any future company I work for.
