Letters for Rose is an international teen-led organization that collects and delivers letters, art, and donations to nursing homes worldwide. As of 2023, there are over 400 chapters in countries such as the U.S., Thailand, Turkey, Canada, and the U.K. Around 45,000 letters, art, and donations were delivered, and over 4,000 teen volunteers are involved.
