As a Community Manager at Blu Selection, I am in charge of building meaningful connections with Dutch Speakers and French Speakers looking for a job abroad and creating content that makes sense for them.👩‍💻My main tasks include:- Create engaging and shareable content for social media- Provide community feedback- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs- Analyzing the client's needs and establishing a profile and search plan to respond to it- Sourcing and hunting candidates using the company’s network- Developing new sourcing channels- Advertising open vacancies- Developing candidates' network- Leading & being part of Ad-hoc projects - Contacting potential clients and arranging meetings
