I am a senior at Cornell College of Engineering in the Materials Science and Engineering major, with Dean's list commendation for exceptional academics for all past semesters of university. I interned at NSWC Carderock Division during the summer of 2022, assisting with metallurgy research.I graduated as valedictorian from Lakewood High School in May of 2020. At Lakewood, I have received high honors in the International Baccalaureate program, in addition to rigorous honors and AP classes. After high school, I aim to attend an advanced technical college to get a degree in materials science and engineering. I interned at the Bureau of Reclamation during the summer of 2019. With the Bureau, I worked in the Reclamation Detection Laboratory for Exotic Species. I helped with the mussel detection program, which monitors Zebra and Quagga mussels, two invasive species.
