Working in contact center was hectic and I learned how to work under pressure. In this task the key to success was a patient and positive attitude and knowing how to handle with different kind of customers and urgent service situations.My work included: - Handling customers reclamation, deliveries, sales, B2B customer and aftersales. - Daily customer service channels were telephone, online chat and email.- I developed my skills at customer service, ICT skills and handling challenging customer situation. - I serviced customers in Finnish, Swedish and English.
