The biggest project during this time was to renew the whole setup of purchasing and assortment decisions. We build up our own warehouse functions together with the logistic department from scratch. I was also responsible for pricing proposals, assortment classes, campaign lists, forecasts, webstore content and other assisting jobs.

Working in the stores in close contact with the end consumer has been the best school and introduction to the pet business one can have. Customer is the key, and nothing is more valuable than talking directly with them.
