Dignus Medical work with national and international recruitment and headhunting of doctors, medical specialists and managers to hospitals, life science companies and others in need of that competence all over Sweden and Norway. We also offer consulting services such as second opinion, testing, work and organizational analyses, project management and competency surveys.In my current role as a researcher my primary task is executive search and candidate contact. The work consists in attracting qualified candidates both in Sweden and in Europe. In every recruitment collaborating researcher and senior consultant are in a team and consult each other.- Responsible for active search and sourcing of doctors, medical specialists and managers within the healthcare sector. National and international recruitment.- Responsible for development and implementation of the relocation and onboarding program for international candidates.- Marketing related responsibilities: responsible for web, homepage and online marketing. - Attendance and representation of the company at various job fairs for medical professionals.
