In my current position as a Communications Strategist at the Bundesbank, I help develop and execute communications plans for our Executive Board members with a focus on President Nagel, aiding them in achieving their goals. 🎯

In my role in communications, I focused on enhancing direct outreach to the general public, with a particular emphasis on engaging young adults aged 18-24 and young professionals aged 25-35. My key responsibilities and achievements:➡️ Led the Young Economist Prize at the ECB Forum on Central Banking➡️ Orchestrated large-scale campaigns and dialog-promoting initiatives to increase public engagement➡️ Evaluated the project impact of the two big ECB flagship events➡️ Drafted briefings and speaking points for Executive and Supervisory Board members

During my year-long traineeship at the ECB, I was part of the External Engagement Team, focusing on connecting with the public, youth, and other stakeholders, including civil society organisations, to enhance understanding of the ECB's mission and build trust.➡️ Prepared briefings for Executive and Supervisory Board members➡️ Crafted communication strategies and impact assessments for projects➡️ Co-organised the G€SA final award event, featuring a Q&A session with the President➡️ Organised the interview series with Finanzfluss on monetary policy and the digital Euro➡️Led the Young Economists' Competition at the ECB Forum on Central Banking

As a working student in a startup, I had the opportunity to co-create a rebranding, implement new processes, and experience agile working methods.
