Our task was to test how Mevo works in different settings and how it might be useful in the future lectures and researches. Working in a small team we have to come up with the tests, carry out these tests and then write a report about it.

It was the hardest summer job I have had but the most rewarding. Working eight hours a day in a busy grocery store was hard and challenging. My job involved working at the checkout, keeping my workplace organised and helping people when needed. However, I learned how important good customer service is when people told me how lovely it is to have smiling and very helpful people working in the shop. Most surprising for me was becoming an employee of the month and it was good to see how my hard work paid off.

It was my first job experience and my job at first involved cleaning up tables and making smoothies. Later on, they gave me more responsibility and I started bringing food to people. As I was also training at the time, it was the first time when I actually learned how to manage my time and energy. Also, seeing how one cafe works made me think more about companies and their work which finally led me to choose business as my minor degree.
