After maternity leaves substitute, I continued working part-time at the company alongside my studies. During this period, my responsibilities evolved more towards marketing technology management and development. The development of marketing automation and the CRM system, along with the underlying BI system, became a more significant part of my role within the team. In my day-to-day activities, there was an emphasis on technological problem-solving and more strategic planning. Consultation with sister companies increased and became a more substantial part of my work. I was also actively involved in the development and management of our expanded e-commerce platform. In my role, I increasingly took on a more independent role, assuming greater responsibility for overall tasks and guiding my own work, while still remaining an integral part of the marketing team.

I worked as a maternity leave substitute in the role of Marketing Designer. My responsibilities included a diverse range of marketing tasks. In my day-to-day work, I focused on content creation, digital communication, digital marketing, graphic design, and maintaining and developing our website. The role also involved occasional photography and videography, as well as editing. During the year, we implemented a marketing automation tool, for which I had the primary responsibility. Additionally, we underwent a website redesign, improved marketing workflows towards a more streamlined approach, and began supporting our group's sister companies in their marketing efforts by providing consultation and creating materials for them.
