I really believe that experiencing and going through a digital transformation is the best way to learn how things work from the inside- and I truly believe that this has helped me in becoming a better consultant to clients. Now with Oculos, I´m able to get back to my CRM- roots digging into loyalty and retention. It seems that a lot of companies out there still spend most of their marketing budget on aquisition and are still missing the -Oh so- important retention part. Only focusing on parts of the customer journey thus bring gaps to the full customer experience. The MarTech landscape is moving really fast, and this can be quite intimidating for a lot of people...personally I think this is one of the reasons that MarTech is so much fun :). After working with multiple systems and platforms like Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Adobe and Voyado I am truly looking forward to what´s coming next...My passion is to help you and your organisation to get your vision for CX, loyalty, retention or digital marketing to come alive.
