Annika is also CEO at Tender Loving Family, Inc.; TLFC Child Care and Learning Centers; TLC Virtual Academy, Inc. and co-CEO at TLC Virtual Resiliency. In her roles as CEO, she has led all aspects of the organizations' strategy, growth, day-to-day management and business development.
