-Executes merchandising and management of the Joe Fresh store location on Madison Avenue and 80th Street. Continuously assists with installing the Joe Fresh brand within the United States.-Acts jointly with other visual managers within the U.S. district to deliver superior visual strategy.-Facilitates efficient and effective movement of new product arriving into the store. -Creates a positive business environment for the store, tracks sales, developments, and trends of all apparel and accessories departments.-Collaborates with regional visual directors and corporate executives regarding Joe Fresh brand store imaging campaigns and appropriate visual presentation of store, windows, and merchandise to domestic and international customer bases. -Plans and executes monthly floor-sets according to corporate directive and conceptualized original store-specific creative schemes. Organizes rotation and relocation of merchandise and fixtures based on sell-through and replenishment. Implements frequent window changes. -Maintains overall visual presentation of the store, windows, mannequins, and interior displays with consistent daily refreshing and re-merchandising.
