I chose HR as THE field for me right after high school and haven't been disappointed since 😁I am a firm believer in a can-do attitude, hands-on management, leading by example and engagement by enthusiasm in all the things You do - be it a professional environment, studies or raising your kids.I am very excited to have had the opportunity to add several different offshoots of experience to my (ongoing) HR career. This sums up nicely what makes me driven, independent, always eager to learn and also to spread that knowledge. I thrive in a fast environment, when I am getting people on board to be as enthused as I am, when every problem gets a solution, when we work hard but also celebrate the small things and eventually, all the documentation is in order and my desk is clean ☺️I devour books like nobodys business and love well-written articles and communication.My personal interest lies in time management - I stand behind Laura Vanderkams statement "Don't say You don't have time for X, say it isn't Your priority. There is always time". You can have it all in your life, with acknowledgment, planning and prioritization 💯
