All I knew it had to be something different, something that really challenges me and provides professional growth.Now when thinking back it probably was the first time I thought that company recruitment processes need to be improved since it was - and still is - super hard to even get a job interview without a suitable degree or relevant working experience. After all, I had acquired numerous advantageous skills while working in an extremely demanding industry for nearly a decade. Realizing this makes me even more grateful to see that I have worked my way up to a job (at Master Finland) where I can help companies to spot the actual job-related competence behind the the brushed up CV's and cover letters.For me, unemployment became a reality due personal risk taking, however, it didn't make it any less stressful. Especially after realizing that suddenly my value as an employee was close to a zero outside my own industry. Hopefully this story encourages some people to both search for their true potential and not to judge the unemployed.
