When I was younger, I struggled with deciding on what I wanted to be as a grown-up. My problem wasn’t the lack of interesting topics or motivation, but on the contrary, all the wonderful things that I wanted to learn! This 'struggle' led me from business studies to studying law and advising companies in their general corporate and business law questions, as well as dispute resolution in connection therewith. Thus, it led me to a profession where my curiosity towards various industries and constant learning is a definitive advantage, and where I am able to help companies with different backgrounds and missions while they are aiming to grow their businesses.I am especially interested in mediation as a method of dispute resolution. In most cases, an amicable solution benefits both parties. At the very least, it is an effective way to kill the disagreement, and at its best, it may lead to a productive cooperation between the parties. In addition, I am passionate towards the leadership and development of organization culture. I believe that with respectful, supportive leadership, when all team members face appreciation and motivational challenges and are encouraged to share their development ideas, the team will become the most innovative, committed, and efficient version of itself. This is something I highly value in a working environment, and something I am trying to create in my own working community as well.Furthermore, here’s a bit about myself outside of the office: I adore all expressions of art and culture, such as music (especially live gigs), art exhibitions, and books, and I am always keen to hear new tips on how to spend my spare time.Hit me with a message if you’re seeking new connections within commercial legal matters, mediation, or leadership, or if you simply have a great story (business or personal) to share.
