Main duties & responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage VIP program for Art Basel in Basel as the point person from cultural institutions and private collectors in Basel- Liaise with Art Basel's Partnership team to relay an fulfill benefits for partners on the VIP side such as event guests, communicating details to rest of VIP team, and more- Regular check of User Experience of Art Basel website, digital VIP card and further digital offers (Online Viewing Rooms).- Act as main point person to ensure successful Partner-related deliverables such as signage, protocol, policy review, and more- Managing Room Contingents for Basel Hotels

Main duties & responsibilities:- Assisting director & manager of Swiss Art Sale with the bi-annual auction- Preparing contracts & further sale documents- Research on art works, writing texts for catalogue- Support with general organizational tasks- Preparing meeting documents- General client interactionMy experience at Christie's included a special focus in Swiss Art in the Impressionist and Modern Art Departement at Christie's in Zurich. I have been working on two Swiss auctions in 2016 and helped taking care of everything that is needed to get an auction running. I've supported the Director of Swiss Art and his assistant putting together the selling contract and kept overview on the documents. Furthermore, I was included in the process of photographing and examining the works of art. In addition to that, I did research on the works for sale. For several works I was assigned to write a contribution for the printed catalogue and index all the catalogue entry in the database (JDE). In preparation to the auction I assisted to curate the works for the preview. After the sale I supported the Swiss Art team in setting up invoices, sending invoices and keeping track of the process. Being part of the Christie's team absolutely was a wonderful experience. I loved working in an international environment.
