Our products have various advantages, including being safe and enjoyable for pets, as well as fulfilling their complete needs.these are my jobdesk as an accounting staff:• Responsible for inspecting, controlling, and ensuring proper cash flow at 6 branches.• Conduct examination and validation of transaction evidence, journals, and branch ledgers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.• Responsible for supervising and analyzing the cash inflow and outflow journals of the branches to ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.• Perform monthly cash opname for 6 branches to verify existing cash balances and create cash submission journals as part of the fund management process.• Handle reimbursement processes for operational expenses and branch marketing department to ensure sufficient and accurate funds availability.• Perform monthly branch cost reconciliations with a focus on comparing and balancing internal and external records and preparing data for monthly balance sheets.• Manage the creation of monthly adjustment journals related to transactions in the 6 branches as part of a comprehensive and timely accounting process.• Calculate income tax (pph) 23 on services involved in branch transactions to fulfill applicable tax obligations.

• Making financial planning for implementing 50+ programs of BEM KM FE UNSRI• Responsible for managing financial inflows and outflows at BEM KM FE UNSRI.• Providing financial report for the organization• Doing entrepreneurship program for increasing the amount of cash

- Assist the head of department in making decisions regarding service activities.- responsible for ensuring all types of administration required by the department such as correspondence, proposals, financial plan and financial reports by completing 25+ letters, 5 proposals, 3 financial plans and making financial reports 4 times a year.- Providing needed help to communities and students affected by natural disasters and other community needs by having fundraising more than 5 times.- Providing information on environmental issues to the public and students through social media- Assigned to be steering committe in 5 project.
