I am undegraduated from Universitas Nasional (UNAS) in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, where I learned how to communicate effectively, present persuasively, and write engagingly. My most recent work experience was as a Service Quality Staff at PT Bank Mandiri, where I assessed the quality of the customer service and reported my findings and recommendations. I have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.Before working at PT Bank Mandiri, I was a Social Media Designer at Hand Savior Cafe, a social enterprise that provides employment opportunities for people with disabilities. I was responsible for creating and uploading attractive and informative posts and stories, designing feeds and discounts, taking photos and videos, composing captions, and planning the content strategy. I used my creativity, design, and writing skills to increase the online presence and engagement of the cafe, as well as to promote its social mission and values. I enjoy working with diverse and inclusive teams, where I can contribute to the social impact and learn from different perspectives and experiences.
