Work as Career Counselor for a project named Career Buddy Program, a comprehensive program for Airlangga University undergraduate students & young professionals which includes career development activities such as online courses, coaching clinics, and psychological tests. The main purpose of this project is to prepare the participants to have high selling value and be ready to enter the workforce.Within 2 months, I am responsible for reviewing 35 students' resumes and LinkedIn profiles, giving them direct counsel regarding their current condition and feedback on what they could and should do, doing one-on-one coachings and roleplays, observing their participation during the events, and also making a comprehensive report regarding the entire course of the project.

Double hatting as On-Boarding Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting HR Talent Acquisition Team in Standard Chartered Bank, my responsibilities were:• Act as a focal point of contact for onboarding new hires and enhancing overall employee experience.• Interact with multiple stakeholders to ensure all the key onboarding activities are well-synchronized and coordinated. • Multi-task to ensure new hires have access to all required equipments/departments/technology tools on the date of joining.• Drive relationship management to take ownership of any queries/contingencies that new hires may be having before and after joining the Bank.• Manage new hires tracker and online surveys, and contribute to conduct of focus group discussion to seek inputs on process improvements.• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialist to complete all talent acquisition end-to-end processes for new hires and internal moves.• Produce and issue hiring forms (EHFs); offer letters, addendum/revised offer letters, contracts and packs, ensuring all contract administration is completed and is signed off as required.• Manage general queries from candidates, hiring managers, suppliers and team members, identifying and resolving the root cause of any issues, and escalating for action as required.• Use EmployeePortal system to manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, recording all relevant details and keeping the system up to date.• Support relevant Talent Acquisition Specialists in organizing assessment days and careers fairs.
