In this role, I am responsible for all schedules, commendations, disciplinary actions, and professional development of a staff of 8 instructors and 1 project coordinator. I also field inquiries into Arborist Training and respond to Requests for Proposal. Starting in 2020, I researched and vetted host facilities across the nation to bring open enrollment classes to individuals, small business, and municipalities, resulting in additional revenue and increasing enrollments. Recently, I worked with ACRT Services' Marketing and IT Departments to implement a new online shopping cart to streamline enrollments and manual purchases. I regularly collaborate with ACRT Services' Finance Department to ensure timely billing and collections.I also hold the role of School Director, ensuring the training programs are compliant with the regulations set by the Ohio Board of Career Colleges and Schools. Examples include ensuring course materials are up to date, classroom facilities meet or exceed standards, and student records are maintained properly. One of my first goals upon joining the Arborist Training department was to update and rewrite ACRT's textbooks. Our first updated book, Line Clearance Arboriculture, will be available for sale this winter and more will follow.

In the role of operations project coordinator, I provided support to 2 Senior Operations Managers and 14 Operations Managers, assisting them to ensure the success of 64 different projects of varying sizes. In this role, I acted as the first point of contact for over one thousand field employees and was responsible for budgeting, ordering, and deployment of their personal protective equipment - an inventory valued at more than $20,000 per year. Additionally, I managed travel for approximately 400 field staff and operations managers. This included both daily travel and coordination of large special events. My knack with computer systems gave me the opportunity to manage the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS), creating and maintaining courses, uploading content, running reports, and formatting them to ensure the metrics were accurate and easy to read. I flexed my analytical skills when managing a fleet of roughly 1,500 mobile devices and their associated accounts to ensure an even distribution of data usage across several data buckets, managing new and used assets, and tracking the physical location of the equipment and contract end-dates of all lines. My attention to detail saved ACRT Services and its subsidiary companies more than $250,000 in monthly recurring fees during the 2017 - 2018 fiscal year with savings continuing to accrue through the end of my tenure in the position in 2020.Lastly, I regularly collaborated with the Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and Safety departments to deliver the best customer service to all employees.
